You confirm that you independently accessed this page and voluntarily initiated this enquiry concerning the identified domain name. Your submission constitutes an unsolicited expression of interest initiated by you and not, by itself, an approach or solicitation directed to you by GoDotly or the domain owner through this enquiry process.

Domain Forwarding Does Not Constitute An Offer For Sale

The fact that a domain name forwards, redirects or resolves to a GoDotly page does not mean or imply that the digital asset (or domain/brand/website) is available for sale, that its registrant is actively seeking offers, or that any invitation to purchase has been made.

Domains and digital assets may be represented, managed or parked with GoDotly for a variety of purposes. These may include domain management, brand-capital stewardship, development, partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, leasing, strategic investment or seeking investment into a project or business in which the domain serves as key Brand Capital.

Accordingly, forwarding or parking a domain with GoDotly should not, by itself, be interpreted as an offer to sell, solicitation of a purchaser, or evidence of an intention by the registrant to dispose of the app, digital/brand asset or domain.

Domain Representation

GoDotly may act as an independent representative, facilitator, broker, custodian or transaction intermediary for the lawful registrant, beneficial owner or investor associated with the asset/brand and or domain name. GoDotly expressly reserves the right to protect and defend the legitimate interests of the domain owner it represents.

Requesting A Price

A request for price, availability or further information is an expression of acquisition interest only and does not obligate either party to complete a transaction.

Formal Offers

Where you elect to submit a monetary offer, you represent that the offer is genuine and made with present authority and intention to acquire the domain at the stated amount. Unless otherwise expressly stated, an offer submitted through GoDotly shall remain open for acceptance for 7 calendar days from submission and may not be withdrawn during that period.

No transfer is completed until the applicable purchase/transfer agreement, payment and transfer requirements have been satisfied.

Acknowledgment Of Registrant's Interest

By initiating an acquisition enquiry, you acknowledge that, as of the time of your enquiry, the brand/asset/domain is registered to and/or represented for its current registrant or beneficial owner and that you are approaching GoDotly because of your interest in potentially acquiring the registrant's interest in that asset/domain.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive any legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

No Admission Regarding Third-Party Rights

Neither the existence of this page, forwarding of a domain to this page, discussion of potential acquisition, any asking price, nor participation in negotiations constitutes an admission concerning any trademark, intellectual-property or other rights asserted by any third party.

Negotiations And Records

You acknowledge that your enquiry, offers, communications and related transaction records may be retained by GoDotly and the asset/brand/domain owner for transaction administration, compliance, dispute resolution and the protection or enforcement of legitimate rights, subject to applicable law and GoDotly's Privacy Policy.

Authority

If you submit an enquiry or offer on behalf of a company, client or other person, you represent that you are authorized to make the submission on their behalf.

No Obligation To Sell

Unless and until an offer has been expressly accepted and any applicable transaction agreement executed, the domain owner remains free to retain, develop, license, lease, capitalize, partner around or otherwise use the domain, or to accept, reject or counter any acquisition proposal.
